Not sure about going overboard on that play but I definitely agree and like it. Think momentum carries over and they end this series. Too many mistakes from the Cardinals and they blew this critical game with Carpenter pitching well.

look at STL in MIL, Rangers over DET

even look at NBA, Dallas @ Heat game 6

but your right mostly nba finals tend to close out like so but can pujols win a game by himself? I saw him do it once. if you keep walking him do cards get those runs at home with the weather?

according to the weather forecast I have looked at, this game could very well be rained out tomorrow. The rain is supposed to begin mid morning and rain the rest of the day and evening. Don't see MLB playing this game in a wet slop fest.
