    My Carib experience
whats going on guys? Just wanted to share with you my short experience with carib sports. I saw here they were offering the 50% sign up bonus so called to find out details and I asked alot of questions. Well after few more calls I opened an account and made a credit card deposit of $250 which would be bonus of $125.

Well what no one told me over the phone and through reading the terms, I did not know they required your last 4 of social and drivers license. Now I don't know about you guys but I am very weary about giving out this kind of information, so was very put off by this. I do understand that alot of sites ask for this also so not dogging carib, but I just dont like giving that kinda info to anybody.

Long story short guys, I found out about this clause when I asked them about my bonus, maybe 10 minutes after my cc deposit. I talked to customer service and eventually a manager(which I must say was very professional) and I told them how I did not see the requirement and was not comfortable providing that info and requested hoping they would refund my cc deposit.

So of course being a top sbr rated book they handled it great and talked with the processor and refunded my card. I know alot of lesser books might have tried to screw me or hassle me considering I wasnt even gonna play there but I must say carib's managers handled it perfectly.

My only complaint with them is that it was a little hidden, the fact that you need to provide this info to them. I know alot of places now require this, but atleast make it more obvious so I know before signing up. Other then that I can tell they are a good book, b/c if they treated a customer this way who they knew was not going to make a deposit, then they most definitely are gonna take care of a regular customer.

If you play into bonuses always something that seems to go wrong, if you just play to bet Carib is a top book.
