I used to live in the baltimore city. hahaha, it is a dump. But if u go towards the inner harbor it's not bad. Little Italy has some good restaurants, and if u go down a bit more bunch of bars. I was just there this past weekend for a friends bday. Oh and the strip clubs in baltimore are nice.
