I`m pretty sure this is new since I know a bunch of us were looking for these and no book had them.
Plus I remember the TT never had any scroll arrows.

They even let you parlay them.

I know since I've been at 5 dimes little over a month.. I've been able to buy tt up or down... didn't know you can parlay though
