panic,

i actually announced today that i am not doing any more vids because i feel like a loser going on camera announcing to the world how much of a degenerate i am and letting the whole world see this in front of their eyes. at least before, i was just a poster who was a loser. now i am a guy that people can see and know i'm a degnerate. i actually thought of this all day and it kinda woke me up and made me feel even more of a loser.. i feel like an idiot now showing the world who i am and announcing to them that i am a degenerate who has to check his scores even when he's at church on sunday..

I wrote this to you awhile back nickie and I really hope you start working out again and step back from large gambling.I would hate to see you quit the videos

gambling can be stressful and gets me into alot of bad habits like smoking,I always have a cigarette if its a stressful game with lots of money on it.I never smoke if its just recreational wagering

, you need to go back to swimming and working out ,it makes your life so much better and swimming and lifting and running are a rush as well.. I run every day, lift a few days a week ,and every day I swim have a good steam or a sauna at Golds gym and I feel like a million bucks.then I gamble and get that rush

working out eating right, and and a weekly trip with a good girl at an asian massage parlor are a must for mental health. THEN YOU PARTY AND GAMBLE and you feel good cause you are in shape.

But they have no clue what you have had to go through and what you have dealt with because of this disease you have. Remember when that Bookie you used to collect for and you had to collect from me.
