I always have a few drinks or smoke a fatty. Forget about it real quick. Latest bad beat - had the Indians against the Tigers on Wednesday in the 14-12 barn burner. Indians up 8-1 at one point and also with the game 12-12 in extra innings they had bases loaded no outs and couldn't score. Needless to say they lost the game. Sometimes I hate gambling, but I hate overpaid players that can't deliver even more.

Hi Patty...........After a badbeat i always clean my kitchen. I load the dishwasher or do the dishes by hand, then i wipe down all the countertops, after thirty minutes that ****er is cleaner then the "Board Of Health". It gives you time to think and come up with a bail out plan, if im still stressed i do my laundry. Those machines always seem to chill me out! Figure out something or else your going to lose your mind.

I have trouble dealing with any type of loss as well. Wish there was an easy way. I usually find that the next time I win I start to feel better.Just need to get back on the winning track which gives you the feeling that you can make back what you lost

Take a deep breath, stand up and walk away from the table (or computer) for 20 seconds or so. Take another deep breath and treat it like any other loss. Concentrate on your next hand, and if it's anything other than a rock solid hand (Pocket 10s or higher, or AJ suited or higher), FOLD. Then you'll be centered for your next hand. That's how I conquered my tilting on bad beats. Works like a charm.
