but in the nfl the offense has been so ahead of the defense this year, i don't think the books know what to do yet.

I've always been an 'under' player. Certain seasons like this one have been pretty frustrating.

Harder in College, and somewhat hard in night games. Still prefer taking unders in the NFL, despite the aggravation of it.

Unders gettin killed this year, terrible defenses throughout the league is the main culprit. Even the best teams like the Packers and Patriots have zero defense

I believe there is something more to it than that. If you say 'football has changed,' we have to ask ourselves how. Another thing: Some scores are memorable because they near 100, or the Sunday night game of 68. But guess what? When I added all of the Pro and College games, I counted on Sunday that 6 went over and 6 went under. College on Saturday? 23 over and 20 under and a few ties. I used the closing lines for Saturday. Take a look and see if I miscounted.

The new NFL rules since last year made the Overs happen more often because defensive players cannot helmet to helmet or players get fined.
