Ok here goes so take it with a grain of salt. A criminal investigation has been started by the justice department and the IRS(not sure why they are involved) against a certain collection agency who picked the wrong person to **** with. When I talked to the investigator I told him that some people may be reluctant to come forward as they did not want to be charged with illegal offshore gambling.
He told me that many people misconstrue the laws which were made to target gambling operators and those who aid and abet them.
