Can anyone tell me why when internet gambling got a foothold over a decade ago dirt poor 3rd world nations like Haiti didn't get in on the action?What kind of agreement did their dictator-puppet regime have with the powerful banking nations?????None of it makes sense and I never heard anyone bring this up here?Maybe if Haiti would have had online gambling the US would not have banned it.It would have looked really bad putting thousands of Haitians out of work.
Anyone get all the Discovery,Animal planet.etc.etc.etc.channels?They do alot of features on what they call 3rd world poverty and tag that label on some pretty beutiful places where I think of it as a different sort of poverty.In alot of these places,it looks like you can do really well living off the fat of the land.
Another one that confuses me is why when the tsunami ''spelling''hit,why weren't there cheap radios all over that area of the world where a warning system could have alerted the natives?The friggin United Nations blows billions of bucks and they don't have the money to buy the most essential stuff that doesn't cost much to help the 3rd world.In this day and age of technology,that should have been a sin and delved into.Not a peep from anyone about it.
