    Young Generation Way Of Handicapping
Fade the public now you wonder why they get smashed

Old schoolers like Richie, Paver, Fishhead, Corbin, Opie, Illini..etc

    Look at line movement
    look at wise guy info
    get info from scouts
    crunch stats
    watch film
    injury reports

I also see a lot of trends from past games and prior series matchups -- as if the Notre Dame-USC game in '06 has anything to do with this year.

I just tail jj on isolated plays.

That's my new method of capping.

mainly just pick with who i think is better no time to "crunch numbers" and act like studying game cards will help just make sure no key injurys and use common sence

tonight Rutgers -1.5 on the road looks like easy money l-ville is terrible.

There is no ONE WAY to win at this game

Books are constantly adjusting their strategy to keep the player guessing. JJ is right though, you can't just fade the public every night.

Public hits plenty of bets -- they lose because they bet faves, not because of win %.

I just draw a line in the middle of a sheet of paper. I write one team on the left half and their opponent on the other half. I stand over the sheet of paper in the middle. I then helicopter my cok 3 times. Whichever team my cok points to I put my "balls" aka wager on the other team. Hence a hammer your balls off play. Scientific as fuk.

Bet it all, get back in the game by stealing and such.

That's the new school way. Reckless abandon for financial future.

Didn't you stop betting because you wagered beyond your means?

I did for a while, yes. Didn't bet for about 6 months. However, I took care of what's important and have some extra fun money to toss around now. Hopefully, that's OK with you?

Sounds as though u need to find more obscure sports-markets where lines arent as sharp and pick ur spots more efficiently. I agree though that if u r a everyday capper then the books will win in the long term (this is what SBR wants after all)...

I don't give a fuk who the public is on. My picks are based on watching games, my gut and some stat analysis, in that order.

and sometimes you can win a ton of just tailing the hot team (Packers, coming off SB win) and fade the new loser (Colts w/out Manning)

like in MLB, if you were sharp, you knew the Pirates were going to finally hit that long losing streak and fall back from staying just abover 500 ball... and what do u know, they lost what was it, like 10 or 11 in a row. easy money. when the Mariners kept on losing 17 in a row... easy money for a while.

the second Manning was out for week 1, I had that gut feeling of doom... and a 0-.....who knows what start to the season. i hate it, but my gut has been spot on so far and I am making money off of the situation at least.

Absolutely! It's as if they think there is some magic key that you follow for all games and you'll end up a winner. Me? I merely bought a monkey. Now I just hang up the schedule, buy bananas and darts, and I'm set for the week!

JJ do you have a new old school way that involves steam rooms and spindling? Or is it rooster games?

Fading pubs killed it for a month or so in NBA. I know, cuz I'm usually good at NBA, but there was a few weeks when Golden Greek absolutely, fukking killed it in NBA and MLB and I couldn't stop losing. I didn't even know what "fading the pubes" was until then.

I faded pubes in NBA playoffs and did well, while old-schoolers got schlocked with their Martingales, i.e. Lakers v Mavs.

But if you faded pubes the last few weeks, you probably got buried.

I say stick to your system till it stops winning. Then stop betting $$ and wait till your system starts winning again, then bet $$.
