Could I make a case to sue my electric company????

which meant no computer

also meant I could not do any research on my picks

if i were to file lawsuit on electric company would I win????

i say no way, but with all the money and publicity lawyers , if you can get a big enough group together, you might be able to find a lawyer to take on a class action. you might be able to get a whole 100 bucks knocked off your bill for the month after all is said and done. probably a couple years later.

i know a few years back a bunch of people tried to sue the cable company cause it kept having outages and alot of people were complaining that they use it for their businesses and can't check their e-mail and were losing business and blah blah blah. i think the cable company ended up giving them a free month.

I just talked to clerk at electric company

she said she understood and if it happens again they will repay any losses I suffer that day
