hockey over under question

is hockey always this low scoring this early in the year?
seems like every game the past few days has gone under

i thought they made the rules to have more scoring... looks like ******* soccer with these low scoring games

Right around 60ish% have been under. I don't know where a total NHL stat is.

seems like it the other night it was 7-3.. of course the i had 2 of the 3 unders..
