First Time Going to Vegas

Just reserved my hotel and got my plane tickets. Not a bad deal. I thought flying to vegas would be more expensive.

I had a few questions, because I've never ever placed a bet in person, but placed thousands online, I really don't know how this works.

What are the top sportsbooks that I should look into? And do any of them offer 10 or 13 point football teasers? Or 8 point college basketball teasers?

And how exactly does it work? Give them money, get a ticket, come back with the ticket if I win and get the money back? Do they take debit cards or do you need to have cash? I want to place a pretty large bet and would prefer to not have to walk around with a couple grand.

So I'm guessing they don't take debit cards? The only problem is the most I can get out from my DC I think is $600 per day at an ATM...

I guess I'll be carrying around cash, which means I'll have to bring it on the plane and everything.

I brought 1200 to jamaica....Wouldn't worry about bringing 2K to Vegas.


Lock it in the room somewhere and don't allow them to clean it. Grab the money when you need to make the bet, stick it in your fukkin pocket, not a huge deal, unless your a fukkin idiot(which i think you may be) and you walk around town counting it.

Well, I was linked to kerrywood and he is an SBR pro, so if I become an SBR pro, at the very least I prove that I am not him.

Make sure you have the 5000 in your checking account when you fill out the credit app, they will check your account to make sure your good to go. When you get there and sign a marker for some cash, your signing a check for them to withdraw against.
Just a heads up.
Better to take the cash for your first trip and then establish yourself while your out there.

2 g's isnt a lot of cash to be carrying around is it?..i mean you're not carrying dollar bills..its only a few bills in your pocket..i have that on me like every time i go to atl city or the track or whatever..what am i missing?

Laz vegas hilton is the biggest book there. Its huge with every possible game on. They have big teasers there also. Spent 93 days out in vegas before coming back. Took 10k out there and managex to stay 93 days. Best time of my life

I placed bets at the MGM Grand Sportsbook. It's nice. It has seats and lots of TVs to watch your game.

It does sound fun, to get the money instantly rather than wait or have to go to a P2p shop.

The girlfriend will probably want me to take her out to dinner and cirque du whatever so I'll probably drop in, place the bet, then pick up my cash (hopefully!)
