line movement and fixes ... a question

I maybe completely off on this but don't guys who strictly follow line movement (lb nc) have to a certain extent think games are fixed? Now my example isn't quite line movement but still line related.... Example nc is saying rangers plus money game1 is the play because if cards win.. if you take cards series price plus money now.. if they win game 1 then you get rangers plus money for the series also

Not necessarily fixed. The theory behind line movement is "sharps" or "insiders" make bets based on inside knowledge or their "sharpness". This moves the lines and you can use whatever theory (fade the public, RLM) you like to bet accordingly.
