Finally after a couple of weeks this two sides will have the chance to field what's left of their strongest squad with the exception of a single player to each side (Martinez for the Verdao, and Kleberson for Fla). This are two teams of hierchy and upto the start of the season Palmeiras was a favorite to lift the trophy, and Flamengo also coming from a great State Championship garner status from the outset.
