Is a bet on a fighter considered a prop or a straight bet? Not on a round, not on a KO/TKO type, just a bet on one fighter to beat another.
Just curious.

This is why i've always been confused about why BetOnline has a tab for boxing listed under straight bets but the fight odds are always under futures/props. Anyone know why that is?

Thanks for the answers, it's what made sense, but maybe the question should be rephrased:
Anyone know ANY book that considers a wager on one fighter to beat another as a prop? A certain book is denying a bonus stating a wager on a fight is a prop period and so does not qualify as a straight wager.
