Such heavy favorites without home field advantage. The Heat were the same type of fave with home court against the Mavs. What am I missing here?

Just looking at the series price, I was hoping the Ranger would be plus money.

Tech said the same thing before we spanked those Tiger's ass.
Yeah....that Lincecum really sucks.
Rangers are indeed that good. Don't over think it. Don't just take my word for it....ask JJ.

yeah I think the line is a little high but taking in to consideration the Rangers play this postseason they are the favorites. It would be nice if they lost game 1 then hit the series price afterward.

Any chance of Cards backer buying the line down to maybe -120 for the Rangers? I hate to give up that much juice.

anyone who bets the rangers series before game 1 is an idiot. game 1 on the road first national league game, vs carpenter on 6-days rest and a bullpen with a few days rest. rangers will be +125 after game 1 loss

lol why would anyone give you -120...
The DH will help the Cardinals extremely well IMO on the road. They can DH Berkman and play Craig defensively.
I actually would have thought the teams would be closer together not like -150 for the rangers and +140 for STL..

That was my point in the opening post. Why is the Rangers line so out of whack when the Cardinals have home field advantage? No one can explain that one.

Can someone tell me how the Rangers aren't? They just thumped the Tiger's skulls 15-5. They beat Verlander in game 1, and Cruz set an ALCS record with 6 homers. While their starters weren't overly great, their relievers clearly were.
There wasn't any hotter team peaking at the right moment than the Rays in the ALDS. Then everyone thought the Tigers were too hot after beating the Yanks.
Both losers.
Rangers in 5.

Take the St. Louis game 1. A full rested Carpenter is money. I'm going big on Cardinals is not 100% or lock but very confident.

no baseball team is good enough to be favored in a play off series. the best teams don't win. might as well play all the series dogs.

Any team with manager like Washington who does tons of coke and is still the manager is the shit, that's a real organization.

I am on the rangers after that game 1 loss. Thanks for the advice
As I wrote briefly yesterday, I think the Rangers have shown that they are probably the best team in baseball this year whether they win the World Series or not. What I didn’t realize yesterday is…
