I ran into Sickie in 1989 around Echo Park having a few of his men collecting some cash from some clients. I saw the Nickivator packing heat that night. It was a scary seen watching Sickler almost go off because a few of his clients didn't have his full 20k.המוסד

Sick Gambler back then was the king of the City, everyone wanted to be around him because he had money. If he walked into a club though so many guys would avoid him because they owed him money. He made his own lines too, I remember Black Lab used to bet over 75 games a week with Sickler and it was easy money, too bad the guy did not pay half the time. What did Sick Gambler do with all his money? Well he lost it all back gambling, you never use your own stuff.Comment -

Once I paid Sickler 8k that I owed and he was hounding me for it for a month. This was before I had my own business and was doing well financially. I use to not have a good income and I used to bet over my head and sometimes get into huge debt. Sickler gave me an extra 3 weeks to pay him and I finally did, he told me that he wanted to keep me around and he is glad I paid. I did fear for my life.
