Yeah, I don't think the Lions are gonna lose this one. They should have beat the 49er's. Lot's of bad calls by the refs, Stafford had a terrible game and that last pass from Alex Smith was a split second away from being broken up.

Atlanta's secondary will be exposed in this one. Detroit will win.

Atlanta is not disciplined enough IMO. SF was able to beat DET because they didn't get away from their game plan. Atlanta will inevitably get into a shootout with Detroit.

The key to this game is CALVIN JOHNSON. There is no way Atlanta can stop him. He is already imo the best Wide Receiver in the league. Not to mention hes 6'5 and can jump like Lebron. Not one player in Atlanta's secondary is taller than 5'10, maybe Dominique Franks, but a) hes a backup and b) only by an inch or two. Look for Calvin Johnson to have a field day.

Uhhh Detroits Dline is good at getting pressure on the QB, but not stopping the run. They always push way to far up and leave gaping holes to run through.

opponents avg 5.2 ypc against them, good for 31st in the league...129.5 per gm, good for 26th in the league... far from "outstanding"..

I'd have to ask why you are so high on the Falcoons? 24th D in the land, OUCH. Plus, they are on the road. Detroit on impressive spread run. Yes, Turner is a beast and Detroit D will have to make adjustments to minimize his effectiveness. Falcon Defense has real hard time getting off the field. Johnson avg 2 td's a game first 4 and none last week. I think he reverts back to form this week. Yes, Falcons play in a dome, but their fans are quiet when they are on O. Detroit 9-1-1 spread run. Detroit by a TD in a noisy dome! Take the NFC North teams this week. Bears -Lions - Pack and get paid.
