Once Brady Rodgers Brees die in a plane crash then the Bears can wiggle into a 200-1 chance of winning anything but a bowl of chunky soup with Cutler running the show.

This is going to be a long season of cheerleading and excuses.

Beat a real team then make a post like this
How is it all of a sudden? They won 11 games, the NFC North and played in the league championship last season.

Lots of teams overachieve every season. This year they've lost to all the good teams and beat the bad teams. The only time they are a topic of discussion is when their fanboys put on the rose-colored glasses. They are nothing more than a bubble team that would get bounced in round 1 if they happen to fluke their way in.

sagarin ratings - the bears are 14th out of 32 teams.
bears are 0-3 against the top 16, 3-0 against the bottom 16.

their strength of schedule is now 15th, nowhere near the toughest in the nfl.

the bears are an average team in every sense of the word.

Where is Tampa in there? Probably just above or below, I assume, as they're pk em on a neutral field next week?

Of course, it is a non issue, b/c if David Friggin Akers could hit a chip shot field goal, the Pukers are gone in round 1.
What happened in the NFC championship game moron? Took the ball on the opening drive and shoved it down your Bears throats!! Bears suck and I hope Angelo and Lovie get lifetime contracts.

The bears almost won with their 3rd string qb.

Priskilla, im a bears fan too and the packers are miles ahead of us. Im not sure why your arguing that. The packers are the best team in the league and its not close. Lets worry about the wild card 9-7 and were in

I am a Bears fan. They are not very good. Part of the problem with our fanbase is it constantly convincing itself that the team is Superbowl bound after a win. Than, when the Bears play like the average team that they are and lose, they get upset. The McCaskey's have no incentive to change because people keep on loading up the stadium game after game.

We beat the Vikings, not that big of a deal. Win next week and I will be more impressed. The Bears organization has serious problems, especially when you have your QB screaming at its offensive coordinator during the game.

The Lions and the Packers are better than us, and that is just within our own division.

Everyone said the bears were done through 7 games last year and they werent. The bears haven't looked great but as it gets colder, there is more of an emphasis on defense and I see the bears d playing well down the stretch. If bears beat the lions when they come to Chicago, they should go 10-6 and sneak into a wildcard.

Great post. spot on. This front office should have been re worked 2 years ago. We get cutler, great, and surround him with the worst offensive line in football, and by far the worst recieving corps in football. Just a joke. And thats not even getting to martz..Part of me just wants this team to go 4-12 so something has to change.
