There's a lot to like about the Rangers, their organization and their fans. I hope they keep it that way. You don't want to turn into the Cubs. Anyone saying the blown call was dispositive in that game doesn't have a clue. It had as much to do with the outcome as did the "Bartman" ball. Making anything of it at all is ludicrous. For losers. The only thing the Rangers should do re that shellacking is feel embarrassed and give the Cardinals credit.

Yeah, the call was missed - but the Cards were already ahead when Kinsler made the bad throw that set it up. Even after the call the situation was only a man on first/one out. Another bad throw in the inning (Napoli) handed the Cardinals 2. And the call should also have had nothing to do with the 7 the Rangers gave up the next two innings - or the runs the Cards scored in the 7th, 8th, and 9th.

To anyone who has followed the Cardinals the last 2 months, that call was nothing. It's hard to believe the things they've overcome - not the least of which was bouncing back last night on the road vs an AL Championship team after that nut masher of a 9th in Gm 2. All those who were saying the Gm 2 loss would do them in just haven't been paying attention. Something very special about this team. How about Albert last night?

Pros are expected to overcome the bad stuff and capitalize on the breaks. Last night the Rangers didn't and the Cards did.

Tonight we get to see if the Rangers are really World Champion contenders - or the Cubs.
