First of all, I wouldn't live in very many place in "Phoenix". Most middle to upper class live in cities such as Scottsdale, Chandler, Queen Creek, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, parts of Peoria.

To answer you question, I would say the Scottsdale market is doing better than Phoenix.

I am looking at an additional property and right now, I would definately look at Queen Creek.
