if you became an sbr-pro you could still use them outside of the usa. the only thing you couldnt get would be some of the giftcards i think.

with regular membership you cant really "use them" yet if you mean cash them in but you can play in the casino and sportsbook and whatnot, maybe poker at sbrpoker.com

IIRC you could basically get to 2500 pts and you'd get your $200 back for becoming pro in the form of sports book cash. Roll it over and cash it all out.
