So betislands grades my first play of the day wrong!

Damn! It wasnt a big bet, but I bet some on the no score of the first 6 minutes in the Michigan game.

Well Michigan did score a touchdown, but they scored it at 8:50 left in the first quarter which of course is OVER 6 minutes.


When I called them, they say that I am wrong. Of course I was watching it on TV. It is only $151, but still I won the bet

If they graded it wrong thats one thing, if you call them and they tell you that you are wrong? That's fukked up. File a complaint with SBR.

I will give them a few hours to see if they can fix it. Of course I have now seen the highlights of the same touchdown 3 other times now and each time it shows the TD as 8:50 left on the clock

I have called them twice now. The first time I was informed that I was definitely wrong! The second time the clerk answering the phone agreed with me but then when he put me on hold for a while he came back saying that they needed to review the tapes!

You'll be fine PO. Give it a few to get sorted out. Yahoo had the wrong score for last nights game too and it updated. It's likely Yahoo isn't their official source but the feed yahoo uses is.

But I feel like I won already getting you to comment in one of my threads!!! I have other money in the account to bet with. I should say that 5dimes made a few mistakes last year with this exact same wager. But of course they never said that I was incorrect though, they just immediately changed the result and threw in a little extra cash for the problem.

It can be a tough wager to grade at times when there are alot of games at one time

I agree, but **** live chat! I CALLED THEM twice before I posted this thread. I dont do the chat thing on computers. I just call up the books. Hell I still place bets by phone a few days a week

Their rules state they use espn.com if there isn't an official site (nfl.com, mlb.com, nhl.com, etc.)

Somewhat unrelated, but it seems like every time I have played one of those no score in the first whatever minutes at DSI, and it wins, but a score happened shortly outside that time frame, they try to grade it a loss hoping I wont notice.

call and ask for ryan, he has always been good with me, he will sort it out. jon also handled a wager i had they graded incorrectly, he fixed it on the spot.
