Intertops Made unauthorised withdrawals from credit card
Note: I am simply posting someone's complaint from the website below. It did not happen to me personally.

Ripoff Report on: Intertops - Intertops made unauthorised withdrawals from credit card internet

Intertops gambling web site made unauthorised transactions on my credit card. I have never registered with this company or used any of their services. The company used a program to get my credit card number using a small amount of about a dollar to get a hit.

Once they got an approval they took over $400 in two transactions. My bank noticed it and reversed the transaction. A few days later I recieved mail and a disk from the group, however I noted that the postal location was in Germany.

I took the items to the police to build an intel file. This company made unauthorised transactions by putting through a small amount first. Keep an eye on your bills and get the transactions stopped immediately.

    Hi ms61853,

We will investigate what happened here and will try to get in contact with the person who posted the complaint. Our first impression is that somebody has used his credit card details to make a fraudulent deposit with us. We guarantee that we would never process transactions against someone’s credit card without their prior approval.

We will post an update here once we found out more.

I have to say, I've been making credit card deposits with these guys since '97 and never had any weird charges. And if they were trying to rip someone off why would they send them the CD? Guy's kid probably used his credit card to make some bets or something.

It sounds like user cc fraud. That happens with other purchases as well.

Sounds like they sold your cc info for a quick buck, I recommend staying away from this book.
