Don't you guys think it would be more profitable if say you stuck with only the blue jays for example and only bet their games? You'd know their strengths and weaknesses and you'd know when they have a edge on a game and when to bet the other team. Anyone ever try this?
Anyone ever just focus on one teams games?

#2Some guys do this with their local teams but the problem in they end up betting with their heart either with against this team and they end up getting buried. If you are going to do this stay away from your local team unless you can put aside anf personal feelings you have on the team.Comment -

#3For the PHX Suns. Very detailed records of what they do. Basketball is more motivational than baseball so you get very useful trends for standard situations; especially if you divide up the entire season into motivation-based sections as well. For two or three years there was no better bet than taking the Suns in the 1H after they didn't win the previous 2H. Then they lost the desire to prove themselves during the regular season.
But you have to be careful. If you follow a team closely, and relax for a week, you may have lost touch with them; without realizing it. Teams change during the course of a season. That's why you need underlying standard motivational chapters of the season, so you can measure them against that.Comment
