#4I can think of many things far more profitable and/or more significant in the grand scheme of life I'd do with a time machine that don't involve getting down on some cheesy parlay wager.Comment -

#5Never too late. Winning ten bets in a row is very common. The problem is, obviously, that you don't know when it will happen. But you can use the knowledge that it will to your advantage.
Say you're a 100 dollar bettor. Why not take 250 and divide it into 25 little chunks of 10? Aside from your normal 100 dollar bets, you also bet 25 x 10 on different quality picks. The goal for each of these little side bets is to get to ten straight wins, or 10K (10-20-40-80-160-320, etc). When one loses, you start over at 10 (or whatever amount means nothing to you). When you hit 10K you cash it in. Of course you can hit that mark faster if you bet dogs.
If you play at a regular book you're paying that 10 dollars to the book anyway per 100 dollar bet. So by playing at a no or low juice outfit, like an exchange, you get free shots at 10K by using the knowledge that you will indeed win 10 bets in a row in this way.Comment -

You'd do your normal betting program, with this as a little side dish.Comment -

#9I would think hitting 5 straights games spread out on different days is a little easier than hitting a 5 team parlay the same day.Comment -

#10Exactly. You can string a parlay together spread out over weeks or months. If you have 25 little side bets going on, and two of those strung-together-parlays hit 5K at the same time, you can cash out those too. Idea is to grow something -10K, or more- out of nothing (money paid as juice to books). You don't have to bet them all at the same time. It's just a side program based on the unpredictability and certainty of streaks. Anyway, something to consider. Nothing major. Just as reply to this particular thread.Comment
