Beaver ball last year was alot more predictable............it seemed to be much easier last season. Many of my buds saying the same thing. I have shut it down since last week until after the Oly break. Maybe even for the remainder of the season before this gets to be a total disaster. Right now, it is still manageable at minus 10-15 units or so.

lol. I had one like that a few weeks back. Cant remember which game, but they scored 45 in the 1st and then, like, 17 in the second. It has since been the last WNBA game I bet on.

I have seen many WNBA games where the 1st half was low and on pace to go under but somehow still goes high. It's almost too frequent. You can never be safe on the total in the WNBA, if the +/- on the under is 20 points at the break.

I actually watched the last minute on wnba.com and the refs were calling these little touch fouls. It was ridiculous... the game is over and New York is still guarding them like they're down 2 points, and Atlanta is still fouling with 15 seconds down by 8 thinking they can come back somehow... I just don't get it.

Nevermind the randomness of end games that occurs in virtually every basketball league that ever existed....It's best to explain a losing WNBA bet simply by pointing out that the reason you lost the bet is because it was women playing. Had it been men playing, the bet would have easily cashed....

Totals are much easier in the WNBA than in the NBA. The reason being that women are more even in their tempo. If men have about five gears, women have three (not literally, but comparatively). Totals reflect tempo, so WNBA totals are easier. Fouling at the end of a game is a relatively common event in basketball. It is time, rather than total related.
