This is truly a miracle.

In a few minutes, when I have my usual light breakfast, I expect to see the Blessed Virgin in my morning muffin.

Later today, at the Del Mar track, I know I will see a bearded guy walking across the infield lake, probably right after hitting the Pick Six on a two dollar ticket. (And he will then turn all the individual beer cups into six-packs.)

And in early February, 2009, I fully expect to watch the Miami Dolphins win the Super Bowl.

Verily, verily, brothers and sisters: ya gotta believe!
