Bookmaker and TheGreek have always been close among our posters. 5Dimes and WSEX on the bubble until the end. I personally have been surprised that the reduced juice books don't make more of a push.

The former Pinnacle users are loyal and still impressed by how they cashed them out so fast. I would guess that will fade a year later. They will be #1 for anyone who is allowed to use them.
