Yeah the price is rough, I actually don't find much value in it considering Nadal may lose to a solid striker on this surface relatively frequently. It hasn't happened yet but I think we've seen small vulnerabilities from his game here and there. Will 31yo Keifer be able to exploit them and possibly go the distance with the younger, stronger, extremely more talented superstar? Probably not, but if he serves the game of his life all he really needs is a service break or two to have a good chance.

granted blake played like shit, but if keifer can play defensively like he did against blake he might steal a set here.. net approach and drop shots will be key as well as a good serve

Yeah but Keifer really doesn't stand much of a shot if he's to expend his energy defensively here. I think his only shot is serving extraordinarily, being extremely aggressive, and trying like hell to get a break or two or get lucky in a TB.
