Like Ive said before, Holliday the choke artist. How many times is this guy gonna come up with runners in scoring position and strike out?? The man has no idea what clutch means!

Matt Holliday = worst at bats this game for the Cardinals and he's cleanup, get that tool out of there. They will walk Pujols everytime if he keeps this up.

this....something's up with him. They don't have to throw him a strike....really should bat him at least 7th if they play him at all. I have Cards -1 and am coming back to reality after a 4 run lead.

Our bullpen is so great. Our offense has to pick us up, braun and fielder its now your time to step up.

brewers really missed an opptunity here to win this game. gallardo took way to long to settle in and that is the game.

hes been playing hurt. dont know why him and puma flip flopped in this series compared to the nlds (tho puma cooled off considerably). holliday came back in the middle of that series playing around 70% healthy which he is still only about 70%. he was used as a pinch hitter in the 1st few games but didnt do much. hes taking pain injection shots before the games and has trouble turning his hands on the bat even with the injections

brewers really just need to pick up one game in stl, been saying that all along but obviously picking up tomororw win will be a lot easier on the pressure. if it gets back to game 6 @ milwaukee, most likely a game 7 is going to happen. brewers just missed out today, gallardo just couldn't get it in the first . and that might cost us this whole series. carp. was hittable today we should of put up more runs then 3. left a lot of hanging pitches.

now we need a miracle from the bottom of the line up.

big game tomorrow to see what randy wolf can bring. with fielder and hart and weeks braun sucking today still scoring 3 runs i guess is good. braun needs to step up tomorrow

                                    nice win cards.

                                                Whooo hoo!

MLB Post Season history says the Cards are historically %72 likely to advance to the World Series.

The Brewers are a hell of a squad and if anyone can reverse a historical trend, this roster probably can, but Randy Wolf vs. Kyle Lohse... I just can't see the Brewers winning tomorrow, but game 5 - Garcia vs. Grienke, that one I could easily see the Brew Crew taking down, but in the end, it looks like chances are the Cards are going back to the series!!!

who cares about historical percentages, 16/18 winners of game 1 have gone on to the world series.
brewers offense is good enough to hit up any pitcher on the cards, braun and fielder both had off days today. Wolf is not a terrible pitcher he just needs to come through with his stuff.

playing Kotsay was a mistake tonight, people will say well he hit a homer, but he got doubled off 2nd on a routine fly-- Weeks led off next inning with a single of course, and didn't come up with a catch that morgan or gomez wouldve made easy costing them 2 runs, so he scored 1 and gave up 3.. not a smart move at all.

No idea what catch you are referring to. Hart is the one that misjudged a play. Its not like Nyjer has been great in center field this series he has made just as many mistakes and has been struggling at the plate. I like the move.

brewers offense is good enough to hit up any pitcher on the cards, braun and fielder both had off days today. Wolf is not a terrible pitcher he just needs to come through with his stuff.
Neverstopper, I'm sorry man but you keep selling these Cards short, Braun and Fielder being 'off' is not an excuse, this is a team game!
