Whenever I have a bad day I hit the weights with anger since I don't really drink these days. Then of course...on to tomorrow.

Um as far as tonight...put a TON on Atl. Losing a game where you have a 9 run inning = not good. but eh..i understand. but its topped with everything else.

Tomorrow I gotta straighten up and write a piece. That should be interesting. HEY!
