im back to going four to five nights a week for two hours a night, just did back. No matter what goes on during the day when your done deadlifting 300 pounds and running a few miles and your tottally exhausted all the stress of life just melts away. A protien shake and 8 hours of sleep later you feel amazing. Any of you guys who dont lift I highly suggest it.

#6your probably right about that but I go with my buddy late at night and we do a fair amount of bullshitting, I know that you shouldnt rest too long between sets and all but I got a pregnant wife and two kids so besides getting in a shape its my play time.Comment -
