I'm just saying, is this in SBR's rules? I know this software takes the freeplay if it is a push. If you don't see it in the rules, I think SBR will give you the amount back in your freeplay balance. Of course you would have to request it.\


No legitimate book does this on a push. What was your bet to be clear it truly was a push?

This is the industry standard. I'm not saying it's fair, but DSI has always done this, AFAIK.

What books are they? Any legit book refunds the freeplay if it pushes. That is on a straight bet.

Not true. You also forfeit the free play if you bet "listed pitchers" in baseball and there is a pitching change. The ONLY way you get a free play back is on a postponement.

that would really suck. i know from experience though in the past i have gotten my free play back on a listed pitchers bet, so this must be treated differently at different shops.

thanks for the thread, it teaches everyone not to put a freeplay on something that has a good chance of being a push (like an all-star game in milwaukee lol)...

Ok, we established bookmaker/dsi takes it away. Who else? All the books I play/played at always refunded it if there was a push. That is why it odd to me. If BM/DSI take it away, that doesn't mean it is an industry standard.
