One thing some of us do is get stuck in our own capping routine. This forum is filled with some extremely smart guys. You will be a sharper player if you stop by there and do some research.

I have printed out most of Ganches articles. I basically have a book on the high level mathematics of sports betting.

I read his posts but way over my head. Nothing substitive to add. Moreover, my writeups are at times laughable. Would be nice if you guys (crazy andmods) could share some threads from there here (Playerstalk) like you do with the Sportsbook forum to garner some attention.

Newbies and squares there should be respectful but should ask questions too. Its very civilized and its suppose to be. I have yet to make a post in there but have learned more in a month than I did in the last 20 years capping on my own.

God forbid if you try to post something over their that isnt advantage bettor material...my stuff gets moved out all the time. Ive even had Ganch tell me if its not related to adv. betting, he will move it immediatly.

So I stopped posting in that section.

It's a forum for advantage gambling specifically. Why would you post something unrelated to advantage gambling in there?

I think the problem is when someone genuinely believes they have a question related to advantage betting, they start a thread to ask it and then you have immature people come in and mock them(assuming its not related). Furthermore, you have people that do ask questions that are pertaining to adv. betting and they are ridiculed for not knowing "something so basic". It can really be a turnoff for some users.

Unfortunately, most here are watching videos from posters who feel its impossible to make money in this business outside of booking rather than equipping themselves with the tools to become successful at handicapping. Sadly, most don't want to spend the time to educate themselves in this regard and would rather call profitablility impossible. However, there are a few of us who have used the information provided there and we definitely appreciate the efforts of Ganch and SBR.

Hmm. Ganch is usually extremely helpful and patient with even the most inexperienced handicappers. I'm sure if you were to ask pertinent questions of even the most elementary nature, he would be more than willing to either explain it or point you in the right direction...

Yes he is very helpful. I've even made a thread in the past that thanked him for all the help. Like I said, some of the more immature posters in the think tank can ruin it.
