. . . that Chris Carter sucks. They can do so much better. Guy was a great player but I'm not quite sure he really watches football. Talking about how Aaron Rogers does things we've never seen before. I mean, come on, man. That's all you got? How about telling us what it is about Rogers we've never seen before.

And before that, saying Megatron (Calvin Johnson) isn't a top 5 receiver. Huh? (at least he recanted that after he actually watched a few games).

Sorry, just not a fan. I know they have better.

CC is the best of all the espn talking heads in regards to relating today's game to us armchair quarterback. He has the least jaded opinions on today's players because he played at a really high level for a long time. He relates to the wanna be nfl'ers. He is the best.

I thought you were going to say that listening to Mike & Mike holds zero entertainment value.

Sorry seaborne can't agree with that. CC was an awesome player. And I'll give you that he better than Michael Irvin as a talking head (but that's not saying much). But that's about as far as I go.

CC is good about talking what it was like playing in the NFL (but then again so are most former players). He speaks in a lot of generalities. If you're going to say someone is special (Everyone used that phrase and I frickin hate it), tell us why he's special.

Then again. It's just Mike & Mike, not NFL Matchup. That show was THE best when it was Jaws and Hoge.

It's ok to agree to disagree. I really like CC more than any of the other former jocks. He just seems to tell it the way it is without worrying about the future repercussions.
