Derrick Rose is not a better player than Dwayne Wade, a guy that's in his prime right now. I think that was made clear in the comeback win in the conference finals.

Rose doesn't play defense and he's just not as clutch yet. Give him another year or two to put him in the top 5. Durant is right there in the top 5. It's between him and Mello.

Come on... Rose was getting triple teamed the entire series against Miami b/c Deng, Boozer, Noah, Korver, and every other Bull was worthless and couldn't score.

If Wade got triple teamed, he wouldn't get it done either. Fortunately for Wade, when he won his title, he had Shaq, and now he has Bosh and Lebron around him. So hes never really been tripled and performed. The one year Miami struggled, he was the only go to guy and they didn't even make the playoffs.

If that is true, it will be because his supporting cast is terrible. Boozer? Noah? Deng? Deng is a solid 3rd or 4th scoring option, but come on, he has no sidekick. It is extremely hard to win a title in the NBA without at least 2 star players, and the Bulls only have 1 star. That is apparent.

Noah is a great defender, one of the best actually at his size in the league. I agree Rose won't win because he doesn't have another superstar on his team, because that's pretty much what it takes to win in today's league unless you have 1 superstar and a bunch of very good players like the Mavs had. Still, if you want to look at stats alone, Roses stats this year weren't that good for the amount of time he has the rock in his hands. He literally has the rock for 90% of the shot clock because they have no other options.

The reason why Rose won't win a championship for at least 3-5 years is because Lebron and Dwayne Wade are still playing in the East. That's 2 of the top 3 players in the world last time I checked, and they are only getting better as a team.

If people thought the Miami Heat were good this year, wait until next year when Lebron and Wade start clicking together and know how to move without the ball. It's going to be unfair. I called Miami winning it all last year and that obviously didn't happen but it's panning out for them to win several in a row unless other teams start making some serious moves

for this year i think kobe will stand-up and bring back the trophy to the lakers. he's more determined to lead his team and by his experience last season he's more motivated to win. Good health Gasol,Bynum,Odom,Artest and D-fish a sure championship this coming season!!!
