In survivor leagues, do they always only pay out first place?

Lets say that one of my leagues has 240 players for $25 each and the other had 110 players at $100 each plus rebuy money up to rebuys for the first 6 weeks.



But do they always only pay out first place only? I guess that chops are possible, but I was thinking that maybe the top 3 got paid 50%/30%/20%
