Ed is from the old GreatBet casino company (now called ThrillX). We recently concluded our initial evaluation of BetEd in June. The sportsbook currently holds a C- rating which is above average for a new and unproven Costa Rican operation. Ownership has set a nice foundation and plans to offer turnkey services to other sportsbooks with their proprietary software. Their facilities and equipment are of high quality.

Ed is starting off very conservative. Limits are anywhere from $100-$500 and the bonuses are also small (max $125?)with large roll-overs. There is a fee for each Neteller w/d and baseball lines come with a 20c price tag. They will have to use some innovative marketing to bring in new players as their incentives are not very attractive.

It would probably benefit Ed to offer and promote the eCheck method since they are aiming for the small weekend warrior whose main concern is a high level of service.

Their proprietary software is their ticket out as many just use bubble gum stuff

I think it is a place to get in bets very quick with very few clicks

Unless stated otherwise all bonuses are sticky bonuses meaning that the bonus itself may not be withdrawn at any time although any winnings generated by using the bonus are 100% withdrawable once rollover requirements have been met.
So not only 8 time rollover, but on top of that the bonuses are sticky. Not worth it, really.

I first saw beted over at tow. Unless JJ is right about thier software being head over shoulders above everyone else, I don't see how they will make it. ou can't open a new book, and not offer a bonus. Mansion didn't offer a real cash bonus, but thier lines were incredible. And perosnally, I think Mansion screwed up. But thats anohter story.

Software aside, what is beted going to offer me. If its safety of funds, I can go to the greek, or pinny, or a host of other places. Is it thier Cs. Are they going to have one of thier clerks give me a massage. Can they give anyone a single reason as to why you should send your money to them, as opposed to a more established book. Persoanlly, I think the only way for a new book to come around is by being willing to offer bonuses, and accept the fact that you won't make money for the first couple of years. Once you establish your reputaion, you can slowly phase out the bonuses.
