Anyone Rent Tivo From DirectTV?

I've had DirectTV for a year and I've never looked at the bill. I looked this month and realised (i think ) that I've been paying $63-per-month for the Tivo facility which means over 12 months I've paid $756 when I could have bought a good one for $400. Anyone else realise it's this much?

I have 2 of them... My bill is outrageous it makes me sick how much my bill is each month. I have every single sports package offered. Even MLS and I don't watch it..

So do i but i'm buying a Tivo and sending this one back, its not the money, just the principle, they just think all theirpunters are mugs.

I think if you rent the Directv DVR its only like $12 a month, if your using Tivo its about the same price. No way your paying $63 for a dvr rental, ease up on the Stella Artois English Mike.
