I just hope SBR doesn't collapse if for example several people were to hit 300,000 SBR Point Parlays or something...I'd be curious to know how many points SBR can even payout before they couldn't anymore. What if several people hit huge parlays and SBR had to payout over 1 million SBR points, could they even afford that? 1 million SBR points close to $47,000 in real money, could they afford that?
SBR Point System destroyed this place !!!

I can't dispute your comments at all if you reside within the U.S. and play offshore however, that's just merely a small percentage of the overall marketplace. Like I mentioned to management long before I retired way back in 2009 the main focus should be in the Euro and Asian sectors due to the fact that I foresaw what was coming long before the problems everyone sees today.
that's a bit of hyperbole, but it was a sick idea. i'm sure it's been told before, but could John or someone who was in on it describe how the idea started and grew?Originally posted by frostno98SBR Points was the best thing ever to happen on the internet.Comment -

#39I didn't wish anyone to fail. All I'm saying is the Pro program has attracted the wrong crowd. If you want to build your business on dead broke customers who mooch on your program then go ahead. I wish you success.Originally posted by SBR_JohnThere must be some kind of syndrome that defines the pavy and RS mind set and comments. Something like Iwishyouwouldfail syndrome or something
The sponsors are thrilled with the site especially the Pro program. Can you name another site that sends even half the number of real money players?
Every business is hard. When you create instead of copy its doubly hard. When you copy you benefit by learning from the mistakes(and successes) of the originator. Innovation as a whole is what has made SBR successful from Sportsbook Review on down. Later this year we will introduce the first real time spreadsheet that will show you where you are at with your bets in real time(no need to enter scores). It will grade bets and keep an organized history. We are also working on Fantasy Points for next year. That will be really good stuff.Comment -

#45The bet limits are low, but nothing prevents someone from winning a 300,000 SBR Points parlay, which I think is the max payout in the SBR Book from any single one bet. Someone just won 67,000 or so SBR Points last weekend, I think it was luckychuck or something like that, there was a thread on it.Originally posted by zsrThe limits in the sportsbook are pretty low to prevent this from happening.Comment -

The max payout on parlays and any wager is 300,000 points or about $20,000. Yes, we can handle a lot of hits at that level.
One thing you guys may or may not know is pre points SBR spent a mid 6 figure budget advertising. You simply had to if you wanted to grow a business in this category. When we decided to go with the points program we slashed the advertising budget to where it is now, close to zero. It was an expense trade off, not an additional expense.Comment -

Don't listen to these guys that hate the point system..
While we're having ipads, giftcards, and pizza's sent to us, they are looking in there garage for shit to pawn to get back in action...
OP probably bets 1K a game, in major debt, and can't get a rush from SBR Points so he hates the world...Comment -
