Hamels admitted he didn't have great stuff yesterday.. Garcia didn't look that sharp either... very awkward swings until the sun went down yesterday....

All of the over backers are going to be worried when it is 1-0 in the 6th. It might come through after that sun disappears, but why not just take the under 4 first 5 and not have to sweat it out?

Game is also an hour later than yesterday, but I just wouldn't trust Jackson to not give up runs early.

Jackson will need to throw strikes... he has good home numbers though, and hitters aren't going to be seeing the ball well though so if Jackson throws strikes, he'll be effective.

I agree that the moneyline is too low. The Phils are definite favorites, but the public thinks so too, and they've driven the value of the line to nothing. I think the value is on the RL, though. I got it at +145 early this morning. It might have slipped by now, though. Haven't looked since 8am. I'm also on the over.

I have no stand on this game at the current time and don't believe I will at all but this is a key point to those taking the sun angle and the 1H under. If I remember correctly they started picking the ball up better towards the 4th, 5th inning on and yesterday's game flew by early so the hitters could start picking up the ball as early as the 2nd on today if the same occurs.

Like I said, no stand on this one but just stating letsgo makes a valid point here to those playing that specific angle.

Up & down the lineup, guys have had success vs. Roy O. The top of the lineup 1-6 especially should have the opps. Whether or not they can get the big hits is the key, but I think STL gets opportunities today to put up some runs.

thats fine, dont say lifetime then just bc of your hatred towards the phills... lifetime, he is not 0-7 in stl... he pitched lights out there in the playoffs, and he says he feels as good now as he ever has. And his last few starts show it. He shut this stl lineup down just three weeks ago holding them to 0 runs in 7 innings.
