Verlander only pitched one game due to the rain delay.

Verlander = really good.

CC looked like flat out garbage every time he stepped on a mound this series, so him only pitching one game probably helped the Yankees.

Priskilla next time you make a ghost acct try to make it less obvious. Verlander was gonna get hammered in game 1. His stuff was garbage. Cc was spot on in game 1. He always pitches well at home for the yanks in the playoffs when he starts. Beating verlander in game 1 would have been a big blow mentally for the tigers. Are you done your 7 hour drive yet ? Verlander is a middle-weight... and CC is a Super HEAVY-WEIGHT,,,
