    betus rollover policy
Anyone here knows the rollover policy for BetUs.com? I was told that only wagers on full games count towards rollover but I can't find anything on their policies that states that it has to be full game and that other side wagers like halftime and live doesn't count.

    Any input is appreciate!

    Thanks,

I mean, it said I needed to have a 10x rollover.. I wagered over 17K in the last 2 weeks, but they are telling me that I only made 6k in rollovers and told me that halftimes and live betting down count.. I shouldn't have even taken the bonus. My bonus lost the moment I wagered it all on one bet.

Riskt8ker, Do you realize you are playing at a D rated book thats had numerous payout complaints this year? (And thats the ones we only know about here at SBR)

Even if you win, your next gamble is if you will get paid or not.

The risk/reward for the higher bonus isn't worth it.

Yeah they pull crap like that, which is why you should just avoid it from here on out. Betus will pull out all the stops to not pay people. Maybe somebody here can give you more specifics if not set up a chat with them or email them and get all the specifics. Save anything they tell you so that they cannot try to screw you over later.

I've received over 6K in payout from them, but that was back in 2006, didn't have any problems. I never realized that halftime bets and all that don't count. What is the best most trustworthy book out there for american players?

                Thanks

Take a look at the top-rated sportsbooks by SBR but more importantly the posters poll selections. Personally I predominantly use 5dimes because I feel they have a wide array of betting options with reduced juice and no payout issues, though everyone has their own preference.

Thanks DrStale and everyone who's answered. I spoke to my "account manager" and she told me only full game counts. That's fine with me. Didn't plan on withdrawing anything until I profit a years salary anyways.

They also have weird policies about which sorts of moneylines count towards rollover. You're lucky you even got a bonus in the first place, they have a history of scamming people out of bonuses after they deposit. In my case, I was offered a bonus, confirmed that I was eligible via email, and then they refused to give me the bonus because "I didn't call for help with my deposit" even though it never said in the bonus conditions that I had to specifically call and process my deposit over the phone.

                                Pretty easy to find: http://www.betus.com.pa/about-us/bon...ver-rules.aspx

Some books have rules about the rollover, its pretty common if you dont want to get stuck in the RO hell then dont take the bonus and just make deposit and play with your own money, do you really think they would give you free money without any small letters?

Except that BetUS has been known to make up the rules as they go along with respect to rollover. There are complaints in the archives where players were told one thing regarding rollover and then BetUS changed the rules midstream.
