SBR Social Expirement: Give one part of the forum for SBR PROS only

So many trash threads from non sbr pros and ghosts. Lets try an expirement. Give one area of the forum to SBR Pros only. Make it so non pros can not post nor even read/access that section. Lets see if this improves the quality of one part of this site.

Good idea. There is already The Saloon and there could be the Pro Lounge for pros only. That doesn't mean it needs to replace Players Talk. They can both coexist.

It's much better now. Less rift raft, no ghosts, just good guys that have been picking winners and making a killing.
