I want sportsbook cash but apparently that's not available to non-Americans anymore.

Gift card to Wal-Mart? Is that the best thing for me?

Also, I was going to deposit $200 at SIA. Can I still Become a Pro again with this deposit or does it have to be a new account that I've just opened? Thanks.
