Jackson just got me bad, pisses me off I lose money to two qb's that wont be starting in 3 years...you can all talk about how great newton is doing.. But we've all seen backups come in and think there the greatest thing ever.... We will see how he does in about 3 weeks when the teams have all the tape on him..

Newton is talented and can throw good balls, but he takes a lot of chances and will throw a lot of picks into coverage.

Against both the packers and bears they were covering a large majority of the game so it's really not a surprise they covered those two games. Somebody was getting back door cover either way it went, Cam's just doing right for his backers. Guy is Winning!

See NFL teams do this all the time. Is it dumb coaches? Coaches giving up on the game? Or are they concerned about covering the spread?

What's even stranger is how the media "experts" never call out coaches on this.

Why? They don't seem that similar to me. Newton is not that fast. He's extremely tough to bring down, but not that fast. Newton's game reminds me more of Big Ben when he was younger.

I had the panthers, they should hav ecovered this easily. Bears had a pick 6 and a punt run back and other then the long run by forte late in the game really didnt do that much offensively, panthers should have won outright even if you take away the late backdoor td..

Their defense is not fine. Forte went from like 35th to 7th in rushing in a week. You allow 205 yards on 25 carries that's not fine. 31st in rushing defense. When healthy, I think their defense can be OK. But not right now.
