About 6 years ago I almost bought a condo out there. The deal almost was completed but after the rent I would collect and pay an agency to take care of everything for me etc etc.. I had to pay out of pocket an amount I wasn't comfortable with. I go to vegas once a month on average and always get hotel rooms... I only stay 1 or 2 nights at the most.. I would be open to something like this though to be honest.. Not into a house though more of a condo/townhome style out there.... This is the time to buy.. I am looking to buy another home... lets talk

I can't imagine living with any guy on SBR. I would probably lose it and break my hand over over AAO or JJ's heads. Maybe even both. I could live with Venditto, Robyn, Swede, 5 Star, Quebb, I couldn't live with a wise ass though at all. Would be an MMA match that lasted 1.5 seconds when I got pissed off.

nobody would leave the pad. i guess they could blame it on the heat. lot of staff infections like you see at dorms at colleges. would be lots of arguments over space and scheduled times for showerts, etc. we will have female visiting hours on weekends only from 12pm-5pm like at Stamford. no hanky panky
