BoDog: they take your Prepaid **** than freeze your account!
I called BoDog and asked if I could use a prepaid **** to fund my new account. The rep said, to "try it and see". I went and purchased it and went on to the site, the card was "approved" without any other conditions! I cut up this "one time **** card" and threw at away. I make my bets without any problems. I try and log on this morning and the account is frozen! A note says- I need to photo my thrown away prepaid ****, and a copy of a ID! Now what? I emailed customer service about this crazy request and have heard nothing. BE very careful on using these prepaid Visas. They will take it- then give you a frozen account, without any other emails. I am really really mad with this sportsbook. Better just to to Vegas, too much bull ____!!!!!

Did you not read before you deposited? Fukkin idiot.
By making this deposit, I acknowledge having read and agreed to the Credit Card Terms and Conditions and if requested will submit a signed Verification Agreement for this card prior to receiving a payout.

CC Verification and Limit Increase Agreement

To verify a CC or apply for a limit increase, please complete the agreement below:
    1. For each CC, enter the account information and print the form.
    2. In the space provided at the bottom of the agreement, make an imprint of your CC by placing the card under the printed form and very lightly rubbing a pencil over the top.
    3. Sign and date the bottom of the agreement.
    4. Scan and email the CC Verification Agreement(s) along with:

Some people amaze me. I know alot of us have had some minor and major issues with sportsbooks, but complaints like these are just pathetic. First post, and hope its your last. Hopefully you put alot of money in so they can fund the next check they send me.

If by "timely manner" you mean 30-40 days for a payout via check, then yes I've been paid in a "timely manner" by Bodog as well.

Granted that was about 2-3 years ago and I havent used them since, so hopefully they've gotten better with payouts.

Much better as of late...Used them a bit last season. Payouts were about 3-10 days. Never knew if it'd be there before the weekend or if you'd just be praying it'd be there before the weekend after.

This is pretty much standard practice, if you were a customer with them for years maybe they might let you get a break on this issue. But even then, for them anyways, its better to be safe and lose one customer then to be scammed.

Why would you shred any card without getting it verified by the book first?

Something tells me you loaded a prepaid card with $XX and deposited every penny on the card. That, or you left out the ********** part. No other reason for a book to just randomly freeze an account.
